Stage #2: Validation

Once the value proposition and the first user segments are defined, it’s time to put the ideas to the test. This stage is focused on mapping the first product specifications (POC), which need to be tested and validated with supporting evidence to indicate the feasibility of the business idea.

Goals / Deliverables:

  • Customer discovery;
  • Detail key User Stories;
  • Identify POC features and cost estimates.
