For their flagship project in the Algarve, Lumare, they collaborated with architect João Vieira (Studio JV) to create a residential masterpiece in Vilamoura.

 

Lumare is a sophisticated development featuring 62 units across four buildings, designed to harmonise contemporary architecture with the natural beauty of the Algarve coastline.

The Challenge

The primary challenge was to market a project with three distinct residential concepts — Garden, Essence, and Sky Residences — to a highly discerning international audience. We needed to communicate the unique value of each: from the private gardens of a villa to the exclusive penthouses with rooftop pools, all while maintaining a cohesive premium brand image that could cut through the saturated real estate market in Vilamoura.
