With a privileged location on the seafront and with the Alvor estuary as natural scenery, Palmares is the luxury resort in the Algarve that combines beauty, architecture, design, simultaneously creating harmony between golf and the ocean.

 

With an architectural design by RCR Arquitectes, Pritzker Prize winners, and a golf course designed by Robert Trent Jones II, this unique residential project currently includes a 5-star boutique hotel, the ClubHouse and the Michelin Star restaurant “Al Sud”.

 

Palmares therefore represents the opportunity to enjoy the best that the Algarve has to offer, in an exclusive environment, truly framed and in harmony with nature, with villas and apartments designed to enjoy the unique lifestyle that Palmares offers.

The Challenge

The first major challenge that was proposed to us was the development of a new website that had an appealing and interesting design, which reflected all the advantages and added value of Palmares, in an intuitive, easy-to-navigate way and showcased all the features of the resort.

The second challenge arose from the need to develop a Digital Marketing strategy in order to work on the new positioning of the resort, targeting a specific audience and with targeted communication to achieve the brand's objectives. Increasing the number of qualified leads, quality traffic to the website, and promoting brand visibility are the major objectives that are worked on across the different areas of activity: social media, Google Ads, SEO and Email Marketing. As a result of the work that has been carried out on digital channels, the direct booking of an apartment through Google Ads campaigns stands out, which reflects the quality of the implemented strategy.
