This funding was led by Quad Partners, with additional funding from their previous investors Next47, Origin Ventures, Edison Partners, Matrix Partners, Point Nine Capital, and New Ground Ventures.
The company has big plans for this new round of funding, which include investing in research and development, as well as accelerating the integration of software with coaching. They also plan to build on the success of their rapid growth with a carefully laid out strategy for market expansion and new acquisitions.
What started off as a concept that strived to enable strategic HR leaders with innovative ways to attract, develop, and retain the best talent, has led to a HR partner to more than 3400 companies.
The way we work has changed over the last few years, leaving companies with a mixture of remote, hybrid, and office workers. Managing staff in these various locations can be tricky, with many companies requiring solutions to train managers, so that productivity can be maintained in these situations. With 15Five’s software tools, HR leaders can implement performance reviews, engagement surveys, and alignment around goals, leading on to training and coaching for their managers.
Back in 2016, when 15Five was a Series A startup, Dengun was called upon as a trusted, reliable and rapid Python web development expert, to help with rapid feature builds and bug squashing, as well as establishing long term strategies and objectives. Up until this point, no other company had managed and developed an entire project single-handedly for 15Five – namely, their Android application.
