Stage #1: Ideation

This process involves sourcing ideas, investigating whether there is potential and making a concrete business case. This step is focused on defining the business case proposal, and at the end of this step, the founder / entrepreneur must have a clear outline of how to convince potential customers that the service / product adds more value and differentiation than what already exists available on the market.

Goals / Deliverables:

  • Elaborate a clear value proposition;
  • Create a competitor analysis / Gartner Matrix;
  • Define hypothesis and use cases.
