Operated by Marriott, this five-star resort seamlessly blends upscale accommodations, a distinguished real estate portfolio, gourmet dining, an award-winning golf course, a luxurious spa, and diverse leisure activities—all united within a new digital ecosystem that perfectly embodies the brand’s premium identity.




This wide range of offerings demands sophisticated, clear, and effective communication, which is now brought to life through a refined digital platform that reflects the resort’s high-end positioning.

The Challenge

The Challenge & Solution

We were invited to create a new digital presence for Pine Cliffs Resort, with the goal of developing a fully bespoke website capable of showcasing the resort’s sophistication and exclusivity, while addressing the needs of its various business areas — Accommodation, Restaurants & Bars, Spa & Wellness, Family & Kids, Events, Golf & Sports, Real Estate, and the Members Area — as well as allowing integration with external APIs.

The main challenges successfully overcome in this project included:

 

  • Redefining the information architecture to enhance the user experience across all touchpoints, with a particular focus on accommodation, dining, and booking areas;
  • Creating a tailor-made, exclusive design, without the use of pre-existing templates, reinforcing the brand’s unique and distinctive character;
  • Unifying the digital communication of the Marriott and Pine Cliffs brands on a single platform, while preserving the identity of each;
  • Developing a fully responsive, mobile-first website with a scalable, intuitive back-office tailored to internal team needs;
  • Supporting the client in strategic brand development, particularly in clearly distinguishing the resort’s sub-brands;
  • Implementing performance monitoring and analytics tools (Google Analytics, CRO, among others).

This project was guided by continuous collaboration between all stakeholders, resulting in a solution that not only met but exceeded client expectations, strengthening Pine Cliffs Resort’s digital presence at the highest level.
